But the best part about the keto lifestyle is that no single answer applies to everyone. There are just as many different ways to do this diet as there are people in the world.

The keto diet is a high-fat, low-carb diet that reduces the consumption of carbohydrates and encourages the consumption of healthy fats. The diet is based on the principle that the most one can eat without experiencing negative side effects is 50-75 grams of carbohydrates per day. As opposed to high-carbohydrate diets, keto is one of the few diets that are effective in the treatment of epilepsy and can not only improve health but also shed body fat.

In order to stay in ketosis and enter ketosis, you need to eat a lot of healthy fats (most people eat about 60% of their daily calories from fat), and restrict your carbohydrate intake to under 50 grams of carbs per day..
